Agreement to These Terms

This website is operated by PepChatters LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States (“PepChatters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of pepchatters.com, including all of its pages, forms, and booking tools (the “Site”).

By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.

What We Do

PepChatters provides trained customer support and chat specialists who handle customer communications on behalf of peptide brands and creators, working from each brand’s own approved procedures and language.

We do not manufacture, sell, ship, or distribute any product. We do not process payments for our clients’ customers and we do not hold their inventory. Our specialists work only from the materials a client supplies to us.

The Site Is Not an Offer, and the Signed Agreement Controls

Everything on the Site is general information. Descriptions of our services, coverage levels, timelines, results, and prices are illustrative and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, a guarantee of any outcome, or a commitment to provide services.

Services begin only when PepChatters and a client sign a written Client Services Agreement. That agreement, together with any written order or schedule the parties sign under it, governs the services in full, including scope, coverage, fees, term, and liability. If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed Client Services Agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Using the Site

You may view and browse the Site for your own business or personal purposes and share links to it. You may not:

• copy, republish, scrape, mine, or resell any part of the Site or its content, other than ordinary browser caching and short quotations with attribution;
• use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages, or harvest contact details from it;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system, or interfere with its normal operation;
• submit false information, impersonate another person or business, or book calls in bad faith; or
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of anyone else.

We may suspend or refuse access to the Site, and may decline any booking or inquiry, at our discretion.

Booking a Call and Contacting Us

The Site lets you book a call with us through a third-party scheduling provider. When you book a call or send us a message, you agree that we may contact you at the details you give us about your inquiry and about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or emailing support@pepchatters.com.

Please do not send confidential information, customer data, account credentials, or health information through the Site or in a first message to us. We handle client data under a signed agreement, not through a booking form.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, design, and copy, along with the PepChatters name, wordmark, and mark, are owned by PepChatters LLC or used under license, and are protected by intellectual property law. Our standard operating procedures, training materials, message templates, and methods remain our exclusive property in all cases.

You receive no license to any of it beyond viewing the Site as intended. Do not use our name or marks in a way that suggests an association, endorsement, or partnership that does not exist.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site relies on third parties for hosting, scheduling, and analytics, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for those services or for the content, policies, or practices of any site we link to. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy lists the providers we use and what they receive.

No Medical, Legal, or Regulatory Advice

Nothing on the Site is medical, health, legal, tax, or regulatory advice, and nothing on it should be read as a claim about any product. Our specialists do not give medical advice and do not make product claims beyond the approved materials a client supplies to us.

Each client is solely responsible for its own products, its own product claims, and its own compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to it. If you need advice about your obligations, obtain it from a qualified professional.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Any figures, examples, or results described on the Site are illustrative. They are not a promise or a projection of what your business will achieve.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepChatters LLC and its owners, employees, and specialists will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of your use of the Site, whether the claim is based on contract, tort, or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised that such damages were possible.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100). If you are a client, the limits set out in your signed Client Services Agreement govern any claim relating to the services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PepChatters LLC from any claim, damage, or expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party.

Changes

We may change the Site and these terms at any time. When we change these terms we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Changes apply from the date they are posted, and your continued use of the Site after that means you accept them. A signed Client Services Agreement can be amended only in writing, as that agreement provides.

General Provisions

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Disputes. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms or the Site will be resolved by final and binding arbitration seated in Miami-Dade County, Florida, before a single arbitrator. Either party may instead bring a qualifying claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. Claims are brought individually and not as part of any class or representative proceeding.

Severability. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if it cannot be, and the remainder will continue in full force.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign these terms. We may assign them to a successor in connection with a sale of our business or assets.

Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PepChatters regarding the Site and supersede any earlier understanding about it. They do not supersede a signed Client Services Agreement.
